The trio comprises Canadian-Czech guitarist and composer Paul Novotny, vocalist Elizabeth Panzo, and double bassist Emil Novotny. Together, they offer an exquisite fusion of modern jazz, chanson, swing, and subtle nuances of world music. Their performance is defined by a deep musical synergy, nuanced improvisation, and an elegant sound that is at once captivating and beautifully unobtrusive.

The culinary highlight of our summer gathering will be presented by Jakub Reichman, winner of Hell’s Kitchen Česko 2025, renowned for his passion for grilling and working with premium ingredients. Guests will enjoy live cooking as specialties are prepared directly on the grill, allowing the aroma of the fire and the precision of the preparation to perfect the evening's exquisite atmosphere.
The menu will feature succulent beef ribeye and flank steak, Asian-glazed pork tomahawk, barbecue chicken wings, salmon marinated in dill and citrus, alongside an array of seasonal salads, grilled vegetables, homemade sauces, and a sweet finale of grilled pineapple served with mascarpone and caramel.
